Kathy Sonier

Kathy joined Delano Bat Company, with her husband Michael, in October, 2022 to lean into something more entrepreneurial and passion-based. 

Kathy & Michael connected with the early founders and discovered a shared appreciation for the FZN Composite Core™ product & promise. Kathy's expertise and 25 year career of building brands and marketing strategies fit with the needs of the business, and she's been working to establish the Delano brand reputation. She has enjoyed learning about Delano’s history and more importantly, planning for its successful future.

Kathy is not only joined in the business by her husband, but also the “the silent partners” - their 2 sons, who have been playing baseball since the age of 5, and who are sitting squarely in the target market. Her hope is that the boys will enjoy learning about starting/running a business while contributing perspective from the ultimate stakeholder - the baseball-playing student athlete. They're big fans of the FZN Composite Core™ concept and have been gaming The OG in their high school seasons.

Kathy will rarely say no to a hot dog, especially one that is covered in ‘kraut, raw onions and spicy mustard.
